| Arundel | Work started on the castle in 1067. Seat of the Dukes of Norfolk. Still houses priceless works of art including paintings by Van Dyke, Reynolds and Gainsborough. Hosted the marriage of Henry IV and Mary de Bohun. Most of what is left today was restored in the 17th and 18th centuries. |
| Berkeley | Built in the 11th century in Gloucestershire and known as a March Castle which was built to keep the Welsh out. Infamous venue of the supposed murder of Edward II with a red hot poker in 1327. Captured by Thomas Rainsborough in 1645 for the Parliamentarians. |
| Bodiam | Built in 1385 in East Sussex. Late medieval, moated castle. Still famously has it's original wooden Portcullis in tact. |
| Bolsover | Built by the Peverel family in the 12th Century. Infamously Ghostly at night. Henry II spent money on the castle to upgrade it around the time of the Barons War. |
