England's Premier League suffers from one big problem regarding attendences. There simply isn't sufficient large enough stadia to cope with the demand for 50% or more of the teams in the league. Even Manchester United who average around 75,000 fans have the potential to fill probably another 30,000 seats on a regular basis, the problem becomes even more acute with teams such as Liverpool who have a huge backlog waiting list of fans wanting tickets. The problems arose mainly on the back of the Hillsborough Report which restricted top level stadia to all-seater.
